Join us in celebrating open source with a bang!
Hacktoberfest is a month-long celebration of Open Source Software hosted by DigitalOcean. Hacktoberfest brings together open-source enthusiasts, beginners, and the global developer community and encourages them to contribute to open-source projects.
For Cebu, it will be a one-day, whole day event on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at From Here Co-Working Space, Crossroads Mall!
We will talk about what is Open Source Software and how to contribute to it, highlight open-source projects by Cebuanos, and hold breakout coding sessions for people to contribute to the presented projects.
This event will be spearheaded by Javascript Cebu, with the support of the Cebu Tech Communities. Also, a quick mention to share with you all the 10th anniversary of PizzaPy! 😊
