Speaker's bio: As a senior usability engineer, Scott specializes in the usability review and testing of Lexmark's wide range of printing devices. He has worked in UX for over 15 years now. He is an inventor of 12 US and international patents related to user interaction design. He holds a masters degree in experimental psychology from the New Mexico State University.
